Information and Guidelines for Food Vendors
Please send your application by May 15, 2022, no later than June 1, to help accommodate our planning.
You may send the deposit now to reserve a space, however all fees must be paid in full before you will be allowed to set up.
PLEASE NOTE: This year the festival will begin at 9:00 a.m., Saturday, June 25. The Saturday activities will conclude with the “Pea-tacular Fireworks Show” at approximately 9:15 p.m
Set-up time for those attending will begin Saturday, June 25, at 9:00 a.m. – not before. Vendors must furnish their own tables, chairs, extension cords and water hose. You are solely responsible for your vending display, manning the booth, and keeping it open.
All of your foods must be clearly marked with price, and a copy of your valid Arkansas Health Inspection and Insurance Policy must be shown.
The Emerson PurpleHull Pea Festival, Emerson Schools, or City of Emerson will not be responsible for accidents, damage or theft to any of your property, including tents or canopies.
Non-profit vendors get priority in food vending. If there is a non-profit group selling an item you also have, we may ask you not to sell that particular item. We try very hard not to have duplicate menus. All soft drinks will be sold at the same price. That price will be determined Friday. Be assured it will not be an amount so low that you lose revenue.
Please fill out the application and return it ASAP. Remember we have a limited number of spaces.
